180-hectare multi-use parkland development near Reykjanesbæ in Iceland, located near the capital of Reykjavik.
Scheduled to commence build in 2007, it will include a world-class motorsport destination and will be developed by Toppurinn, an Icelandic construction and development company, with support from a team of world-class design and consultancy specialists and partners.
