The commercial district in the initial phased development compromises 20Ha of land, broken into various size individual plots which are now available for purchase.

The parcelisation plan has been designed to maximise land use, and has allowed for a commercial district that will blend with the rest of the site with access routes to all of the motorsport elements as well as the retail and hotel.

There are 50 plots available in this zone and they have been broken into 3 distinct districts;

1. Road Plots (A-PLOTS)

The road plots have been specifically designed with a rectangular shape, maximising road frontage along the Reykjansbraut highway. These plots are ideal for car dealers or companies wishing to exploit and advertise their goods or services. There are 15 plots available, averaging at 4500 sq. m in area; however our team will endeavour to meet the requirements of prospective clients

2. Paddock plots (P-PLOTS)

The paddock plots have been specifically designed so that they become a core part of this motorsport destination. These plots provide excellent opportunity for motorsport, engineering, merchandise or automotive companies to become involved with the activities and corporate opportunities available at the Iceland MotoPark. Easy access to the kart centre is also available from these plots.

There are 10 plots available, varying in size from 1885 sq. m to 2086 sq. m.

3. General (G-PLOTS)

The 25 remaining plots have been designed to meet the requirements of varying types of Icelandic or international business’s. The plots vary in size so can be ideal for start up businesses or for larger well established firms with the need for storage of equipment space. The Iceland MotoPark marketing team will be happy to help advise you on which plot would most suit your needs and provide additional information. The plots currently range from 1,500 sq. m to 16,000 sq.m

All plots will be designed with similar architectural themes and will provide easy road and pedestrian access.
