Masterplan

The residential plan has been specifically organized to allow the development to have a phased progression without reducing the quality of individual parts. Where possible these parcels have been distributed to allow a mix of plot densities within each parcel. Each parcel is approximately 10 hectares in size, to allow multiple developers to participate, while also encouraging a varying richness of development across the site.
