Commercial land opportunities at the Iceland MotoPark
The core principal for the Iceland MotoPark is to provide opportunities for commercial relationships between all land users and clients.
The land to be developed is in a prime location for Iceland, is well serviced by road, air, telecoms, power and other services.
The central attraction, the MotoPark, acts as an anchor to the site and lends the site it’s identity.
Opportunities for development land for commercial uses are many and varied. The Master Plan has been carefully developed to give prime road frontage to commercial users and to maximise road circulation and access. A variety of plot sizes and strategic locations are available to suit all pockets, from headquarter buildings for major corporations to small business units to suit younger enterprises. All are welcome and all necessary to fulfil l the vision that is the Iceland Motopark.
Some plots set aside for commercial land development are adjacent to the MotoPark motorsport facilities, providing opportunity for a direct relationship for tenants or landowners with the motorsport facilities or one simply providing a prime viewing location.
Other plots defined on the masterplan are for education, manufacturing and warehousing.
The Iceland MotoPark has been developed to provide a responsible and sympathetic model for Iceland’s local and regional economic development; land is set aside for commercial, retail, leisure and residential uses.
The Iceland MotoPark will provide a natural extension to the community of Reykjanesbaer and, because of it’s international reputation and prestige, will attract blue chip tenants from within Iceland and from overseas.
Iceland’s location in the North Atlantic provides huge opportunity for trade and business between North America and Europe and the location of the Iceland MotoPark means that any international traveller is only 5 minutes away from a meeting at the Iceland MotoPark once he or she leaves the airport.
The parcelisation plan and the master plan have been developed to the point where commercial negotiations and formal expressions of interest can now be made by prospective tenants and purchasers.
